2. Service Description

Safuzui.com provides pet transportation services within city limits and between cities. Our services include safe and comfortable transportation of pets to designated locations as agreed upon at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including but not limited to aggressive animals, animals without proper documentation, or situations we deem unsafe for the animal or our staff.

3. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your pet, including health conditions, behavioral issues, and special needs.
• Ensure your pet has all required documentation, including but not limited to vaccination records, health certificates, and any permits required for transportation.
• Properly prepare your pet for transportation according to our guidelines provided at booking.
• Be available at the agreed-upon pick-up and drop-off times and locations.
• Provide appropriate carriers or containers for your pet if required.
• Disclose any medication needs or special handling requirements for your pet.
• Pay all agreed-upon fees in full and in accordance with our payment terms.

4. Service Limitations

Our services are subject to the following limitations:

• We do not transport pets across international borders unless specifically arranged and agreed upon in advance.
• We reserve the right to refuse transportation of pets that appear ill, injured, or in distress.
• Weather conditions, traffic, and other factors beyond our control may affect service delivery times.
• We cannot administer medications or perform veterinary procedures unless specifically agreed upon and properly instructed.
• Certain breeds or species may be subject to additional restrictions based on local regulations or company policy.
• We do not guarantee specific vehicles unless explicitly agreed upon in the service contract.

5. Booking and Cancellation

All bookings must be made in advance through our website, by phone, or via email. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website. Additional charges may apply for services requested during transportation that were not included in the original booking.

7. Liability Limitations

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and comfort of your pet, Safuzui.com's liability is limited to the following:

• Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the transportation service.
• We are not liable for any pre-existing health conditions or injuries not caused by our handling.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• We cannot be held liable for any stress or anxiety experienced by the pet during normal transportation.
• Any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

By using our services, you acknowledge these limitations and agree to hold Safuzui.com harmless from claims exceeding these limitations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Safuzui.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Safuzui.com and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written consent.

9. Privacy Policy

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Safuzui.com is registered. The arbitration shall take place in the same jurisdiction, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
